SHIPPING, EXCHANGE & RETURNS

 

SHIPPING:

GM Nutrition ships your orders through its delivery partners and package details are shared, as soon as your order is dispatched from our fulfillment centre(s). The delivery timelines are estimates and the endeavour is to deliver your order at the earliest.

 

For few locations where no delivery service is available, we are unable to deliver your orders currently and looking at options to add these to our serviceable locations. Updates get posted on social media, please follow us on Insta @GMnutritionUSA and FB @GuruMannNutrition.

 

Currently, we only ship within India and do not ship to any International locations.

 

NOTE: Please be assured your order will get delivered, even if it gets delayed due to the Covid-19 situation. The situation is constantly changing in different parts of the country and beyond our control.

 

ORDER TRACKING:

 Once order is dispatched, you shall receive the AWB# (tracking number) of your package. The number gets activated within 24-48 Hours and can be used to track your order on delivery partner’s website.

 

EXCHANGE & RETURNS:

We only consider purchases made on www.GuruMannNutrition.com eligible for exchange or return. You may exchange/return your purchase within 7 days from the date of product delivery. To be eligible for exchange/return, items must be unused and in their original state; exchange/returns will not be accepted if the protective-seal has been opened, broken or tampered with and the original contents have been removed.

 

In case of valid return being accepted by us, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed and the amount to appear on the original method of payment. No money would be refunded for fraudulent returns as they would be rejected and appropriate action will be taken.

 

Products would not be applicable for return for issues like rashes, upset stomach, headache, flavour like/dislike, flavour difference from one brand to another etc. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product.

 

NOTE: No returns are being accepted for delays caused by Covid-19 situation across the country.

 

Damaged Item or Wrong Product or Missing Units:

If you received a Damaged Item or Wrong Product was dispatched to you or Missing Units as per ordered quantity; please do not open/break the protective-seal and immediately call us on 01792220909 and email the photographs of outer packaging box and the products received in it, to order@GuruMannNutrition.com
