What time do you workout?
I mostly workout in the morning time 6:45am - 9:00am.

Which is your favorite muscle?
Chest, Legs, biceps and abdominal are my favorite muscle.

Your favorite healthy meal and favorite cheat meal?
I love milk protein shakes. 
Cheat meal: subway paneer tikka burger with mexican patty.

What supplement do you use?
I use isolate whey protein, Bcaa, creatine monohydrate, Cla, multivitamins, preworkout supplement.

Which is your favorite bodybuilder or fitness model or bikini model?
My favorite fitness models are Rayan J terry, Guru Mann (coach)

Why GM Nutrition:  I am following Sir Guru Mann since i started proper exercising(feb 2016). Till now i had done all his schedules exactly as given on YouTube. After completing those schedules i see great transformation in my body. Thats why i want to continue this journey under the guidance of my coach Guru Mann.
