I have started lifting at the age of 13

What time do you workout?
I mostly workout at the evening time around 7pm when I have around 4 healthy meals in my stomach.

Which is your favorite muscle?

I love training all muscle groups but I think more excited and energetic when I hit my deltoids (Shoulders).

Your favorite healthy meal and favorite cheat meal?
I love eating Chicken, Broccoli and Green Tea.
Cheat meal: umm I think anything I crave :)

What supplement do you use?
I use Multivitamins, Fish oil and L-Carnnitine.

My favorite bodybuilder/fitness model is Steve Cook.
